By accessing or using ifollowtracker ("the Service"), operated at www.ifollowtracker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ifollowtracker is a web-based tool that allows users to view publicly available Instagram profile data, including follower lists, following lists, and recent follow activity. The Service also provides an anonymous Instagram story viewer for public accounts. All data accessed through the Service is publicly available information from Instagram.

ifollowtracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. User Accounts

  • You may browse limited results without creating an account. Full access requires account registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payments

  • The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each search consumes 1 credit.
  • New registered users receive a limited number of free searches.
  • Additional credits can be purchased through our payment processor. All prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase.
  • Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect previously purchased credits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any individual
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal use
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data obtained from the Service without authorization
  • Attempt to access private Instagram accounts or bypass any privacy settings
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
  • Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or any third-party rights

7. Instagram Data and Privacy

  • The Service only accesses publicly available Instagram data. Private accounts cannot be tracked.
  • We do not require or store your Instagram login credentials. We never interact with Instagram on your behalf.
  • The accuracy and availability of Instagram data depends on third-party APIs and Instagram's own data policies, which are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of ifollowtracker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • The data retrieved will be accurate or complete
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ifollowtracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ifollowtracker and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
