- Service Malfunction: If the Service failed to deliver results due to a technical error on our end (e.g., a search was charged but no results were returned), we will refund the credits used for that search or restore them to your account.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charges in full.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Credits that have already been used for successful searches
- Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date
- Dissatisfaction with publicly available Instagram data (e.g., the target account has limited public information)
- Inability to access a private Instagram account (the Service only supports public profiles)
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email address and the date of purchase.
- Describe the reason for the refund request.
- If applicable, include any screenshots or details of the issue you experienced.
5. Refund Processing
- We will review your refund request and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- In some cases, we may offer credit restoration to your account instead of a monetary refund.
6. Credit Restoration
If a search fails due to a technical issue on our end, we may restore the consumed credit to your account rather than issuing a monetary refund. You will be notified via email if this option is applied.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
